Our BBQ Platters are loaded with everything that makes live-fire cooking worth celebrating — smoky, slow-cooked proteins paired with the sides that bring it all together.

All platters are a generous 2 person serving - Hot and ready to eat!

Smoked Brisket — low-and-slow cooked to tender, bark-crusted perfection using our own Forge Black Charcoal Beef Rub
Pulled Pork — richly flavoured from hours in the smoke, made with our own Forge Red Pork & Poultry Rub, finished in our own Smokey Chipotle Sauce
Smoked Chicken Thighs - succulent and full of flavour, seasoned with our own Forge Blend SPG (salt, pepper, garlic) Rub
Smoked Caramelised Onion Sausages — bold, smoky, with a sweet, herby finish
Pit Beans — hearty, smoky, and the perfect companion to any BBQ spread
Mac & Cheese — indulgent, creamy comfort served with a drizzle of our own buffalo sauce and topped with crispy onions
Gherkin Slices — sharp and crisp to cut through the richness
Jalapeño slices — the perfect heat to match all other flavours

Every element is chosen to complement the next — smoky proteins balanced by bold, flavourful sides for a complete barbecue experience that leaves nothing to be desired.

How to order

Platter drops are on certain dates and will be announced via our social media (Facebook & Instagram) stories.

Once announced the platters go live and will be ready for collection on the following Saturday at 6pm. The platters will show as available until they sell out.

These platters will need collecting at 6pm on Saturday October 24th.

Collection address is in Cleckheaton, and will be confirmed within your order confirmation email.

Suitable for home freezing.

Absolutely loved my bundle, only used the Forge red so far on a pulled pork. Ive never used a rub before and can honestly say the flavour difference is next level. Can t wait to try the Forge Blend and the Forge Black! I will be back...

Hits all the bases with this bundle, the red brings chicken alive, blend great on steaks, normal cooks and black is perfect on Low N Slow beef.

This rub has an incredible flavour profile and texture. It's my go to for pork belly, and works incredibly well for roast pork or pork belly burnt ends. If you haven't tried it, you need to.

The Forge Bundle is a great way to try all three rubs and they each bring something different.

I’ve used them on chicken, pork, beef, potatoes, vegetables and in a few different sauces and dishes and they’ve all worked really well.

Good variety, loads of flavour and definitely worth having in the cupboard.

Really good experience from start to finish. The website was easy to use, the products arrived quickly and everything was packaged well.

There’s a great range to choose from and everything I’ve tried so far has been full of flavour and just quality.

I’ll definitely be ordering again.

Forge Red has quickly become one of my go-to rubs. It’s great on pork and chicken, but I’ve also used it in baked beans, a deep beef BBQ ragu, potatoes, corn ribs, even homemade BBQ sauce and much more.

It adds a really nice smoky flavour with a little sweetness, without overpowering everything else.

Really versatile, full of flavour and definitely one of my favourites.

Really handy stuff to have by the BBQ. The Wagyu beef tallow spray gives food a lovely rich flavour and makes it easy to coat the grill, griddle or whatever you’re cooking.

I’ve used it on burgers, steak, potatoes and even fried bread and it works really well without making everything greasy.

Quick, easy and definitely something I’ll keep using.

Really impressed with the Forge Red smoking chips. They give off plenty of smoke and add a proper BBQ flavour without overpowering the food.

I’ve used them with chicken, pork and vegetables and they’ve worked brilliantly every time. They also pair perfectly with the Forge Red rub.

Easy to use, great flavour and something I’ll definitely be keeping stocked up for the BBQ.

Signature Cask Smoking Chips - Special Edition Forge Red

Top quality additions to every piece of meat I've used them on so far. My particular favourite is the forge red, which is such a nice balance of flavour. The peppery kick in the all purpose rub is superb too. Would highly recommend and will be buying again soon!
